EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
Writing
• This article of mine was published nationally in Writer’s Digest, and has been showcased as a submission example
• 2007-2014: Wrote and broadcast a daily sponsored, humor spot in the Hartford radio market
• 2011-Present: Media, technical, ghost writer for fashion/clothing company KSpin Designs
• Authored several humor books, one of which, And That’s the Way It Was…Give or Take: A Daily Dose of My Radio Writings, was displayed in the Bookmarks feature of Hartford Magazine
• Currently write and contribute freelance sports articles to the website Fansided.com
• Wrote and sold television script, and was hired to record voice-over for that same episode
• Written freelance human interest articles and pieces for Connecticut newspapers, as well as commissioned content for various websites
• Among other publications, pieces and/or information on or by me or my books have appeared in Writer's Digest, Hartford Magazine and the Journal Inquirer
• Have done separate radio interviews for my various books on WCCC 106.9 FM, A Book and a Chat, theauthorsshowbookclub.com and The Author's Show on WXCI 91.7 FM
Broadcasting/Voice-Over
• Performed on-air color commentary for football and ice hockey broadcasts on WCCC 1290AM and beethoven.com
• Wrote advertising copy and performed voice-over work for on-air commercials broadcast in the Hartford radio market
• Was guest speaker at a commercial voice-over course at Manchester Community College
• Have performed corporate website tutorial narration
Acting
• Played a barfly in the movie Hope Springs (2012) and a constable in the film Testimonies of a Quiet New England Town (2009)
